Welcome to the Egremont Fancy Pigeon Society, the club was founded in 1980 and is affiliated to the NPA. Here at the Egremont Fancy Pigeon Society we cater for all breeds of Fancy Pigeons, holding shows for its members throughout the winter months and an NPA Championship Show every October.
The club offers a chance for young or old, novice or experience fanciers to enjoy their pigeons, new members always welcome.
Following the closure of Whitehaven Civic Hall at the end of 2013, the club was left without a venue to host its 2014 Championship Show. After much discussion between the committee and its members it was decided that the new venue would be the Borderway Exhibition Centre, perfect for taking the club forward.
The Borderway Exhibition Centre is located on the outskirts of the city of Carlisle, Cumbria and close to the Scottish Border which is easily accessible by road and rail.

The new hall offers a large (900m2) well lit arena, viewing gallery with an excellent view over the show pens, easy access and full disabled access including a lift. In built PA system, on site Borderway Café, serving food throughout the day and has ample parking adjacent to the hall, no carry those heavy baskets far.
